APP POLICIES & GUIDELINES Last updated March 11, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Super App ZW, Zimbabwe’s trusted marketplace for products and services. These Policies and Guidelines govern your use of the Super App ZW mobile application and all related services.

By creating an account and using Super App ZW, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these policies. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

Super App ZW reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Continued use of the app following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Super App ZW is open to everyone. There is no minimum age requirement to create an account. By registering, you confirm that:

• The personal information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are the legitimate owner of, or are authorised to sell, any products or services you list.
• You will use the platform for lawful purposes only.

Super App ZW reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion.

3. UTMOST GOOD FAITH

Super App ZW is built on a foundation of utmost good faith — the principle that every user deals honestly, transparently, and fairly with others on the platform.

By listing on Super App ZW, you commit to the following:

• Accuracy: Every listing must truthfully describe the product or service being offered. Misleading titles, descriptions, images, or pricing are strictly prohibited.
• Availability: You must only list items that are genuinely available. Listings for items already sold, unavailable, or fictitious are not permitted.
• Authenticity: All products must be genuine. Counterfeit, imitation, or stolen goods are absolutely prohibited.
• Fair Dealing: Users must honour the terms of any agreement reached with a buyer or seller. Backing out of confirmed arrangements without good cause is a violation of this principle.
• Transparency: Any known defects, limitations, or conditions of a product or service must be clearly disclosed in the listing.

Violations of the utmost good faith principle are treated as serious breaches and may result in immediate account suspension.

4. WHAT YOU CAN LIST

Super App ZW welcomes listings across all categories, including but not limited to:

• Physical products — new or used goods, household items, electronics, clothing, furniture, vehicles, and more
• Digital products — software, templates, designs, e-books, and other downloadable goods
• Professional services — freelance work, consulting, repairs, construction, beauty, health, education, and any skill-based offering
• Food & beverages — home-cooked meals, catering, packaged foods, and drinks where permitted by applicable law
• Any other lawful product or service that complies with Zimbabwean law and these guidelines

The only restriction is that listings must be lawful and honest. If you can legally sell it in Zimbabwe and you represent it truthfully, you can list it on Super App ZW.

5. LISTING STANDARDS

All listings on Super App ZW must meet the following standards:

• Listings must be written in clear, understandable language.
• Prices must be stated in the currency selected and must reflect the actual asking price.
• Images must be real photographs of the actual item or an honest representation of the service being offered. Stock images used deceptively are not allowed.
• Duplicate or near-identical listings posted to inflate visibility are prohibited.
• Listings must be posted in the most relevant category available.

Super App ZW reserves the right to remove any listing that does not meet these standards without prior notice.

6. PROHIBITED ITEMS & SERVICES

Despite the open nature of the platform, the following may not be listed or offered on Super App ZW under any circumstances:

• Illegal goods or services of any kind
• Counterfeit, replica, or stolen items
• Weapons, ammunition, or dangerous materials
• Controlled substances or unlicensed pharmaceuticals
• Adult, explicit, or pornographic content
• Items that infringe on intellectual property or trademark rights
• Services involving fraud, deception, or exploitation of any kind
• Any item or service whose sale is restricted or prohibited under Zimbabwean law

Listing any prohibited item will result in immediate removal of the listing and may result in permanent account termination.

6. STANDARD PLAN & LISTING LIMITS

Super App ZW is currently free to use for all registered users. There are no paid packages or subscription fees at this time.

What the Standard Plan Includes

All accounts operate on the Standard plan, which allows:

• Up to 30 product listings active at any one time.
• Up to 30 service listings active at any one time.
• 30 days of account validity from the date of registration.

Future Plans

Super App ZW may introduce paid tiers or expanded plans in the future. Any changes to pricing or limits will be communicated to users through the app before they take effect. Existing users will not have limits reduced without prior notice.

Listing Limit Enforcement

If you reach your listing limit, you will not be able to post additional listings until existing ones are removed. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent listing limits is a violation of our policies and may result in all associated accounts being permanently banned.

7. USER CONDUCT

Super App ZW expects all users to engage with each other professionally and respectfully. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, threats, or abusive communication directed at other users or the Super App ZW team
• Posting offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content
• Attempting to defraud, scam, or deceive other users
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or listing limits
• Sharing another user’s personal information without their consent
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform

8. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify Super App ZW immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure your profile information remains accurate and up to date.
• Not share your account with any other person.

Super App ZW cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

9. ENFORCEMENT & CONSEQUENCES

Super App ZW takes policy violations seriously. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, the following actions may be taken:

• Warning: A formal warning is issued for first-time or minor violations. The offending listing may be removed.
• Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations may result in a temporary account suspension.
• Permanent Ban: Severe violations — including fraud, posting prohibited items, or repeated breaches after warnings — will result in permanent account termination with no right of reinstatement.

Super App ZW reserves the right to determine the appropriate enforcement action at its sole discretion. All decisions are final.

10. PRIVACY & DATA

Super App ZW collects only the personal information necessary to operate the platform, including your name, phone number, location, and listing details. This information is:

• Stored securely on Google Firebase infrastructure.
• Never sold to third parties.
• Used solely to provide and improve the Super App ZW service.
• Visible to other users only to the extent necessary — for example, your virtual shop name and listings are public.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by using the Delete Account option in the app or by contacting our support team.

11. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you encounter a listing, user, or behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it to our support team via WhatsApp. Include as much detail as possible — screenshots, the user’s shop name, and a description of the issue.

All reports are reviewed within 48 hours. We treat all reports confidentially and will not disclose your identity to the reported party.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Super App ZW is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not verify every listing and are not a party to any transaction between users. Super App ZW is not liable for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of items listed by users.
• Any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions conducted through the platform.
• Any inaccuracies in user-generated content.

Users transact at their own risk. We strongly encourage exercising caution and good judgement in all dealings.
