This Terms and Conditions document explains how the app works, what you are responsible for, and the limits of our liability. By downloading or using VibraLog, you agree to these Terms.

VibraLog is an independent mobile application designed to help users track medication intake and reminders.

The app is a self-management tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

VibraLog is not a medical device and does not replace professional healthcare advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical guidance
Never rely solely on the app for medical decisions
You are responsible for all medication entries, dosages, and schedules
In emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately

Use of the app is entirely at your own risk.

4. Account Registration

To access some features, you may sign in using Google or Apple.

By doing so, you agree that:

All information provided is accurate
You are authorised to use the account
You will use the app only for lawful personal use

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. VibraLog is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. Reminders & Notifications

The app may send medication reminders based on your settings.

You acknowledge that:

Notifications may fail or be delayed due to device or system issues
VibraLog does not guarantee reminder delivery
The app should not be your only method of remembering medication

6. Data Storage

VibraLog stores all medication data locally on your device only.

This means:

We do not access or store your medication records on our servers
You are responsible for backing up your device
Data may be lost if your device is lost, reset, or the app is deleted
We cannot recover deleted or lost data

Account details from Google or Apple sign-in are handled separately and are not linked to your medication logs.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the app only for personal or authorised caregiving purposes
Enter accurate medication information
Keep your device and app updated
Use the app lawfully and responsibly

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Reverse engineer or modify the app
Use bots or automated systems
Attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts
Copy or redistribute the app without permission
Use the app for illegal purposes

Violation may result in account termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software in VibraLog (excluding your own entered data) belongs to VibraLog.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of VibraLog is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal data.

You may request account deletion through app support at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” without warranties.

We do not guarantee:

Continuous or error-free operation
Accurate or timely reminders
Suitability for any medical condition

Use of the app is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibraLog is not liable for:

Data loss on your device

Any indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited under applicable Zimbabwean law.

You agree to hold VibraLog harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time via app settings.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.

Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts, unless local mandatory laws apply.
